    Naha machang mama kalin ICS wala upgrade karaddi awith thibuna version eka 4.0... mama hithuwa eke aulak nisai Restart Problem eke enne kiyala.... then Downgraded it... after that they have released the 4.0.4.. Then i have upgraded to it tooo.. but nothing changed...

    UBA USE karana LINE eka Dialog da????? math Dialog... Dialog Line eke CASE ekakuth thiyenawa Restart PROBLEM ekata.. Mobitel wage line ekak daala use karaddi a lede enne na!

    Uba nikamata WENA Connection ekak use karala balapan.. Nathan Araken Downgrade karalama balanna.. Eka lesi.. Eken wenne ROOT Seen eka nemei... ROOT karoth thama machang Waranty kela wenne!

    AULAK wenne na machang! ROOT kaloth thamai seen eka.... :) Root Kaloth machang ayeth Sonyericcson Update Service kiyana software eka thru ubata UPGRADE karanna ba OS eka.. MEKEN ehema wenne na... AS Factroy DEFAULT wage wenawa.... OS eka hari version eka download karaganna balala.. :)

    1. u can easily Flash GB from Flashtools.
    2. 4.0.4 do not restart like u say. but there was a bug on earlier ICS version. and that is not a problem with dialog :)

    even in colombo i too get some issues with Hspa / 3 g and 2g . network type changes frequently. and that is a issue with dialog. so i normally don't browse net or update any thing over air from mobile data. i use WIFI of my PC instead

    Root kara kiyala SE updates karaganda beri wenne ne. ehema wenne Bootloader unlock karoth witharai

    BootLoader Unlock nokarath SE wala Root karain passe PC Companion ekata connect karama Model eka moakada kiyala DETECT karanne naha.. That will cause to void the warranty... mata ehema wela thiyenawa kalin mobile eke... ;)

    Once downloaded, you need to open the Flash tool and install the same and extract the firmware file to get the .ftf file.
    Place the extracted .ftf file in the path “C:/Drive > flashtool > firmwares>” and ensure that no other files are there in the above mentioned path. Open the Flash tool in your computer.
    In the flash tool, click on the “File option” and then select “flash mode” on the left side in the opened flash tool to click on Ok and enable the options which are mentioned below as you need to enable Wipe User Data and Wipe Cache.




    Select Ok and then flash tool will now be preparing the ROM and will ask you to connect the phone to the computer with the help of USB cable and then just follow the on screen instructions. As soon as its connected, the flash tool will be installing the Official Stock Gingerbread firmware in your SONY Xperia Neo V.
    Once the firmware is upgraded successfully, the phone will restart and then you can disconnect the phone from the computer and can enjoy the Gingerbread firmware.
