riots began,in north gruop called LTTE(LEBERATION TIGERS TAMIL EELAM)
started massacring innocent sinhalses poeple.
eelam war began.
many tamil who had money,fled from the country(most of those who fled were not even touched by sinhalese people,they fled becasue they saw the chance of migrating to a developed country due the riots),poor innocent tamils were left behind.
but to this date,never again,sinhalses people attacked tamil people,
but sadistic LTTE butured innocent sihalese people like animals.
people who fled from our country who went to live luxuries lifes gave money to LTTE
GAVE FOOD
GAVE WEAPONS
GAVE SUPPORT.
SPECially in countrie like

canada

Some Tamils left the country after 1983 because LTTE and/or Sinhalese people were trying to kill them. But mainly it was because of LTTE. They were going after rich Tamils for money and land.

So the Tamils who had money and who were scared left the country.

But now, the second generation of those expatriots live in foreign countries.

Still most of them don't like the LTTE and they don't want to give money.
But now LTTE forces are much effective and the people living in foreign countries have to pay them. If not, they wll get killed. (Especially in the Wembley area in UK).

Yes, there are some Tamils who openly support LTTE. Those are the tamil families who have seen the cruelty of sinhalese people in 1983.
I have many Tamil friends. They all hate LTTE. But some of their parents give money because of the fear of death.

So people should accept the fact that everybody is afraid to die. And we should live with them peacefully.

And the most important thing is to accept everybody as Sri Lankans. If not, we will never see an end to this bloody conflict. And people like you should be ashamed of creating more and more messes in the community.

When we say we don't trust them, then they really feel that they want to have a separate nation to live.

So since we can't identify a Tamil by his or her look as he or she is supporting LTTE of not, we can't clearly say whether we should trust them or not.

So the best intelligent option at this point would be forgive everybody and try to respect them and think about them as Sri Lankans.
