How do we get Nirvana ?

For getting Nirvana, Lord Buddha discovered reasonable way. Why did Lord Buddha select reasonable way ? Because with reasons when we go forward, then we can find Nirvana actually. Then that is not the false Nirvana

Overcoming desires

For getting Nirvana, We have to overcome desires upon these Reasons------- Because desires are not permanent things . Desires are temporary things. Even life also temporary thing. So sadness is there. There is no specified person to get these desires. Although we name----I----WE-----THEY----HE------all those words are easy use for life only. Actually those words are meaning less. they are changes of universal energy only.

Overcoming desires ? or destroying desires ? ANSWER-----OVERCOMING DESIRES.

This is very important. Because some people have misunderstood Buddhism. They consider Buddhism as a destroying device. But that is a misunderstanding of Buddhism. Truth is that Buddhism is not a destroying device. But Buddhism is a overcoming device. Top of the mind. That is not destroying mind. But top of the mind has overcome the mind with desires.

Science [Truth].-------- You can not destroy the energy. You can not create the energy. But you can change the energy from one form to another form.

When you try to overcome desires, then your mind gets higher position. Getting higher position more and more, then at last, you get top of the mind. That is the highest [advanced] position in the mind . This great position has overcome all desires. That is the great NIRVANA.

Nirrvanaya is not a difficult thing. It is clear understandable position. Lord Buddha explained Nirrvanaya simply so that any person can understand Nirrvanaya. That is why many people got Nirvanaya at the Lord Buddha was alive. Uneducated many people got Nirvanaya at that time and educated brainy wise people also got Nirvanaya easily in Lord Buddha time.

අනේ නිකන් පලයන් බන් යනන්න මෙතන වැදි බන නොකියා, උඹ කියන විදියට නිර්වානය එහෙන් මෙහෙන් මොකක් හරි කරලා ගන්න පුලුවන් එකක් කියලනේ පේන්නේ. මුලින්ම දොස්තරයෙක්ට පෙන්නපන් උඹේ ඔලු ගෙඩිය

මම අහල තියෙන්නේ බුදු හානුදුරුවෝ නිර්වාණයට යන මග කියල දුන්න කියල විතරයි.
Uneducated many people got Nirvanaya at that time and educated brainy wise people also got Nirvanaya easily in Lord Buddha time


උඹ අහල නැද්ද බුද්ධෝත්පාද කාලයක ඉපදෙන්න පින් කරන්න ඕනේ කියල කල්ප ගනන් .අනික බුදුහමුදුරුවන්ගේ බණ අහල නිවන් දැක්ක බොහොමයක් දෙනා ඉන්නවා, ඒ එ අයගේ පින් මදි කම හින්දයි (සියලු දෙනාම නොවේ.)

There is a one name for this analysis which is called VIDARRSANA BAVANA. Reading and Thinking about this thread, already you have done VIDARRSANA BAVANA.

We consider more how to overcome desires. For example------sex------now think through this true way about sex-----sex is a temporary feeling. When we get old age , sex feelings go down. Sex will be lost with the death of any body surely. Life is also temporary thing. So life and sex and other desires also temporary things. So sadness is there when those desires are losing . Because desires are temporary things.So sadness is there. Even temporary desires, who will get these temporary desires. We can not specify a person who get these temporary feelings. Because there are no --I--WE---YOU----THEY---HE-----. Those words are easy use for life only. Actually those words [I--WE---THEY---HE] are meaningless. Those Persons [I--WE---THEY---HE] are changes of universal energy. So sex is not for you or me. It is for universal energy only. So why should I try for sex ???

In that true way, when you think about sex , your mind will understand that I should not be a slave of sex. My mind should not be a slave of sex. Sex is not necessary for me upon above reasons. Then your mind has overcome the sex, your mind gets closer to the NIRVANA.

In the same way, we[Minds] have to overcome other desires also. Then we get great Nirvana. [top of the mountain or top of the mind.]

At the top of the Mountain, any person can not say that you are in the Mountain and any person can not say that you are not at the mountain. That is the Nirvanaya [ Top of the Mountain] [ Top of the Mind ].
