Maximum you can expect machan is 11ks for a 2001 (odo is at around 80000 ks on a QB15)
As i see 9ks per litre in colombo is still better. Go for a engine check up if u hav spare money .

normal machan, dont worry...i had a starlet (turbo petrol, auto 1300cc) it did only 8...!

if its a Auto gear car.. its okay.. but for a manual one its a bit low.if its manual it shud be around 10.5-12(changes according to driving style)

ours is 1.6 too.. and does about 9.. btw.. 141 only 9?? i thought it does far better.. i mean 121 does like 14 ne??

no no N16 doesnt have a VVTI engine. i was telling about the corolla 141. for n 16 thats normal. it works 9 /10 in traffic .

Macho normally 14Km vithara karanawa.Colombo traffic eke oya karana gana hodatam athi ban with A/C. Baya wenna deyak na ban.

It Depends on your Driving and Vehicle Condition. Better you check your Vehicle by Authorized Nissan Agents.. Bec. that model had problems with Airflow Senser. Agents can check Vehicle using Console and tell whats the problem.
