    What you're trying to achieve? And what kind of things are you going to miss by doing it?

    I've observed significant improvements, with some being quite noticeable while others are more subtle.

    increased happiness
    boosted confidence
    increased motivation and willpower
    lower levels of stress and anxiety
    heightened spirituality
    self-acceptance
    improved attitude and appreciation toward other sexes
    higher energy levels
    muscle growth
    better sleep
    improved focus and concentration
    better physical performance and stamina
    improved or cured erectile dysfunction
    improved sperm quality

    Additionally, during my time practicing NoFap, I found a genuine partner. While there is limited scientific research on NoFap, with most aspects remaining at the hypothesis level, its effectiveness has been evident. In India, this concept aligns with what is known as celibacy, a notion that has found resonance in the Western world.



    Machan how are you feeling now? I couldnt go past 14 days yet

    I am feeling good now. Yes I also had more faliures. Now I am using a app called MDF which is good for keep tracking the progress.
