go to nokia.com and click on software update... and then u need to download SOFTWARE UPDATER to your computer . . . and CHARGE YOUR PHONE'S BATTER TILL FULL..! and then continue to update.. if any quest tell me..

Menna Procedure eka.!

1. Navigate your browser to Nokia Phone Software Update website
2. Select your model in the green box below the heading image.
   • The only model that support over-the-air update is Nokia 6131, you will need PC for the others.
3. An image of PC & phone will show up below the list. Select Update via PC.
4. Update wizard show up.
   1. First screen – minimal hardware configuration – check if yours is higher than minimal.
   2. Second screen – it’s STRONGLY RECOMMENDED to backup your data, so do it.
   3. Download the Nokia Software and install it into your PC.
5. And now the last step.
   • Connect the phone via USB cable (check if it is fully charged!)
   • Run the software
   • Let it find if there is a new firmware and install it.
