So, I believe this one is perfect for you. Of course, it's better than 820. :)

You can buy it for Rs. 32,990 from DIALCOM. You can contact 'em from here.
    BTW, for god's sake, I'm NOT a promoter. I just heard that it's a trustworthy place & that's all. :D

LUMIAs are known for solidity & long life. Plus, this one is a great performer especially in Camera & Battery.

LUMIAs don't support apps as much as ANDROIDs do. But, still supported for many apps we mostly use.

No. Microsoft doesn't allow reading flash drives on smartphones with Windows Phone OS, as part of their security policy.

A guy called Sachira Chinthana Jayasanka has developed the first ever English to Sinhala dictionary for Windows Phone OS. You can download it from here. :)
However, it has to be online to show the Sinhala meaning of an English word, means that it's an online app.
Unfortunately, we still don't have an English to Sinhala dictionary with an embedded database. Very sorry 'bout that. :sorry:

Well, I answered to all of your questions. So, I'm leaving now. Thanks. :)
