hw can i install the firmware in my phone machan!!

First install PC suite and connect phone using PC suite mode then there's software called Nokia software updater...u have to download that and let that to update "Online",It's like 138MB file which's software will download to your PC and do the update(It's automatic),Good Luck

Yes machan u have to backup everything on the Phone memory...Well I only know about PC Suite way of update so better install that as it's easy

yo its updating...... if u have any problem installing the PC suite try this

the very best solution:

This is easy to get around. The error is only in Nokia's combined installer, not the NSU installer itself.

1. Download and install 7-Zip. Don't worry it's free!
(No, neither WinRAR nor WinZip will do for this)

Get it here: http://www.7-zip.org/download.html

2. Use 7-Zip to extract the contents of NokiaSoftwareUpdaterSetup_en.exe into a folder. You should now have a bunch of folders and a few files.

3. Go into Packages, then NokiaSoftwareUpdater, then Setup

4. Launch NokiaSoftwareUpdater.msi (double-click it).

5. That's it!
