as i see this is not something from the network provider like MTN(Dialog) or Mobitel etc..
It's directly or supported by Nokia, a phone supporting sinhala language. :yes:

yes dialog university and Nokia company have made a mobile phone which supports sinhala.

they only gave Research Laboratory to uom

so it must be Dialog - University of Moratuwa Research Laboratory

Every one does not have the same OS of dis sinhala nokia , as when ever to SMS for anybody is to be done in English man know!.dis better for completly for remot areas or 3rd Class . there wont be demand for dis phone. dis can occur loss for da seller. i.e low income. Because every one goes da international.
