actually those 'facts' about coke are mostly false. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coca-Cola_formula
for the ingredients used in coke and the active ingredient with all colas is actually vanilla and cinnamon (gives the cola taste) and carbonated water and sugar.

While excessive drinking of any soft drink is not healthy, there's no special case for coke.
