Payoneer account එකක් හැදුවා එ උනාට එකෙන් personal transfer receive කරන්න බැ කියලා කියනවා. business transactions only
මොනවාද මේකට පාවිච්චි කරන්න තියෙන alternatives.
මට පේමන්ට් ගන්න තියෙන්නේ india, singappore වලින් මහා ලොකු ගනන් නෙවෙයි උපරිම 10 000-15 000 වගේ

Why not get the client to transfer funds to your local bank account (LKR or USD) via wire transfer?
If the client wants to pay by card, then get a payment gateway - you can get a local gateway like payhere (I have never used though) or get Stripe, which is probably the best.

i might need to pay back again. if i get to the local exchange rate there's gap.
