I used to have a foreign friend who lived in Poland.
    She died because of overthinking.
What she said is overthinking is the worst thing in the world.

She had a heart attack. She thought it wouldn't help if I call an ambulance, because they can be slow... or they wouldn't care... blah blah so many thoughts came into her head while I was begging her to call an fucking ambulance...

It was her mother's fault. She made her this way. Every time when something bad happens, she put the blame on her daughter asking "how could you let this happen?" "Why didn't you think about it?"
Eventually, she ended up being this way and died because of that reason.
She was really nice person and I shared a lot of things about my life with her, I really miss her :(

You need to practice "Ana pana sathiya" meditation in order to get rid of that. that way you will understand how this thinking pattern works because when you practice it, it helps you to understand "how not to think" and focus.

Then you need to identify & know the demons from the past that haunt your memory banks. Then get rid of the bad experiences and just take the good lessons forward to the future. Talk with a kind counsellor or a psychologist.
All of them aren't bad experiences ,both good and bad

Overthinking happens due to boredom. You have nothing worthwhile to do with your life so you are overthinking.

You are here because previous generations of men did what they had to do , provided for their families and build up good life's if you havent done somthing to maintain that or to improve that cycle start there. Start improving your life for the next generations. Leave behind a legacy.
