There are many types of worms (Helminths) that can affect humans. Roundworm, Tapeworm, Hookworm to mention only a few. Hence the WHO recommends deworming of children who live in endemic areas:

• Once a year when the prevalence of soil-transmitted parasitic worms in the community is over 20%
• Twice a year when the prevalence of soil-transmitted parasitic worms in the community is 50%

People at risk are mostly school age children (including preschoolers) and also females of reproductive age and some occupations.
Usually treated with anti-parasitic drugs like Albendazole Mebendazole (Vermox) and sometimes Ivermectin for the control of S. stercoralis.

ගෙදර ඔක්කොටම එක පාර බොන්න කියන්නේ රැ නින්දේදී ඔය පනුවෝ බීපු එකාගේ පුකෙන් එලියට ඇවිත් නොබිපු අනෙක් උන්ගේ පුකෙන් ඇතුලට යන නිසා. එතකොට බීපු එකාගේ පුකට ආයේ රිංගනවා බෙහෙතේ පවර් එක ගියාම .එකයි ඔක්කොටම එකම දවසේ බිලා නිදා ගන්න කියන්නේ

Jansesen Brand is the best highly recommended, 6 tab. is for 3days 1 morning and 1 night, this is the best way to reduce worms, and all family members needs to have same time becoz the worms eggs can enter our body from bed sofa like places.
Single tab also good but 6 tab. is recomend.

Mebendazole නම් සිස්ටිමික් effect ( blood වලට) යන්නේ නැතිව බඩවැල් ඇතුලේ ඉන්න උන් විතරක් kill කරනවා. ඒකෙත් පෙති 6 හොඳයි කියනවා doc ලා. මොකද දවස් 3 නක් කෝස් එක යන නිසා අලුතෙන් egg වලින් එන උනුත් kill වෙලා යනවා කියලා.
