I don't know why they tell you that Masked card numbers have been leaked but according to there manuals no Card numbers are requested

Data breach එක ප්‍රශ්නයක් තමා. හැබැයි ඒක pentagon එකටත් වෙන්න පුලුවන්. Facebook එකෙන් අපේ data හිතා මතාම විකුනුවේ. ඒව breach නෙවේ. ඒත් මේ යස අගේට පාවිච්චි කරන්නේ.
ලන්කාවේ අවන්ක ව්‍යාපාරයක් වෙනුවෙන් අපි හැමෝම පෙනී සිටින්න ඕනි. ඒ වගේම හොරු පන්නන්නත් ඕනේ.
මේ හොරු කරල තියෙන හරිය දැක දැක මේක ප්‍රශ්නයක් කරගන්නවම් උන් මිනිස්සු වෙන්න බෑ.
PayHere කියන්නේ ගෞරවනීය ව්‍යාපාරයක්. ඒකට තව අවස්තා කීපයක් උනත් දෙන්න පුලුවන්. Never give up!

OTP eka nathuwa karanna puluwan bn. PayPal never needed one. AliExpress never needed one.

There is a confusion between HelaPay and PayShere. those two are using two different techniques. but i guess they are own to same company or person.
HelaPay - is a Direct debit payment system (witch most contrives now trying to step down ) - Use Bank account
PayShere - it's a IPG - Used Card Number
