You have to install. But pdf2go can do on-line conversions for these sizes. I am not sure whether it's still free. Why don'y you take a look?

This is the step which cannot do. when select Microsoft Print to PDF max paper size allowed to enter is A3. Custom paper size do not allowed to edit.
