given the 3 companies, I'd go with MAS but I know nothing of Fortune Global nor your personal career choices.
MAS is not a IT company so its IT is a support service. Take that in to consideration as well.

Well, i have worked in virtusa, and i got alot of friends in both Fortuna global and MAS, In fact most of MAS software guys(from top management to to developers) are ex virtusans. if i were you, i would choose virtusa as the exporsure i would get to different technologies + process work + real software engineering stuff is soo much more than the other 2. Again, that is my choice, I know one thing, if u had worked for virtusa few years, you can easily find a better salary position in a different company later.
But dont expect a 6 figure salary as a starter.
