    now mobitel upahara limit ther call bandwidth and qulity low ,,

    some time s call cut and all

    now dialog are same some time s call disconnected after 30. sec
    getting long call s after few mints call quality lost and getting interruption

    i use slt


    last week one of my frind ask abut he want remove "FUP" fair user policy option and we call dialog and thy say 100LKR per day

    we say its ok and now on do it continuously after our fup exceeded
    but tey say all time s we have to request via dialog call center and send faxes and call .........

    there no automative system . ...

    they say its good idea and we discuss with our administration and tell you soon ...

I wonder whether any other network (specially mobitel that this guy always stands for ) offer any package for any out side network with @ least these rates..... this type of people thinks all the 5.5 million people are idiots... The most simple question to ask from this type of people is If the Dialog connection is not worth for any of those 5.5M customer base, why do they use it???? Is Dialog forcefully keeping them or since don't know there are other GSM service providers are there? Do not ask me whether I'm working @ Dialog or is it belongs to my family. Pleas provide the wise simple answer for the most simple question.

    ohh they may be registered customer base of 5.5 mil.But How many active customer base there would be?
    Remember we are fighting for down the customer base u are talking abt.actually now it is being happened. u can simply find there annual report....
