BTW marriage is not a solution 4 if u r excessive use of porn !!

Now lets get to the thread I am a recovering porn addict and I just wanna post a thread regarding porn or what I went through ! Its a lot of stress relief talking about this stuff :)

"Some of the affects of excessive use of internet porn

  • feeling guilty, ashamed, hopeless or concerned about your inability to stop doing porn, or scared that you’ll be ‘caught’

  • unsatisfactory and/or excessive masturbation, leaving you feeling empty

  • finding your real life sexual partner less attractive and needing to recall porn images in your mind to stay aroused while having sex with them

  • feeling tired, listless, demotivated and having difficulty concentrating

  • impotence, premature ejaculation or even erectile dysfunction"

It all starts with a sexy women then you need :D

half naked women then :D:D

bikini :D:D:D

totally naked :D:D:D:D

and goes on and on ... illegal porn, gay porn :baffled::baffled::baffled::baffled:

‘Straight Men, Gay Porn’ and Other Brain Map Mysteries

-psychologytoday.

If you are a continuous masturbate then you will know that each day you need new kinky stuff. its difficult to watch the same thing again and again unless ur offline! :P

"This behavior is scientifically explained :
The fact (yes, based on science) is that internet porn changes your brain in a way that leads you to wanting to do more porn. Hmmm, now that explains a lot, doesn’t it?"

From TED

Porn Cycle :
1. Your mind will crave for porn

2. You will fight with your mind and then loose and submit

3. Porn & wacking

4. felling miserable .. no more porn again thought

So Why we watch porn

images

  • "it’s a reward after a tough day/week/month (except they don’t actually feel so great afterwards…)

  • they’re having a tough time and want to get away from painful feelings like overwhelm, stress, loneliness, depression, sadness, shame, guilt, anger etc;porn offers afabulously effective escape! (Uhh, temporarily, of course; porn doesn’t address the problem, it just postpones it…)

  • they’re having an unsatisfactory, boring or non-existent sex life with their partners or they have no sexual partners at all and it’s the only, best, quickest or safest way to get their sexual needs met. (Or so it seems…)

  • it’s the only way they can get an erection or have an orgasm. (No it’s not; it’s just that they haven’t resolved the root cause why they’re having the problem in the first place)

  • let’s face it, it feels greatwhile you do it!! (well, it does!)"

BTW its damn difficult to break the porn cycle ! believe me if try to be sober for 1 month you will know ! @ first I couldn't be sober for 1 day now I am recovering !
