Just use anything that are used for laptop OCing.There is a good thread in the techpoerup for laptop overclocking named Laptop overclocking adventures.Afraid it contains over 3k posts but lot to learn bud.

Machan if you have a AC near by place the laptop on top of it,check the limits of the CPU n GPU if any discrete.THen put the lap onto like 2/3rd coz u know , laps are not the best in cooling.Also if you hope to run deffa get a cooling pad.I recomend AKASA.

You are afraid.The PC I assembled day b4 tomorrow,I put the FSB into 1066 of the E2200 out of the box mobo and CPU(Gigabyte G31M-S2L) making it runing 2.93 vs 2.2 out of the box.Ran for 24 hours straight with only CPU and PSU fan in the rig with normal temps in 45C.Dont woory there are built in alarms b4 they melt down

No it is not.Try OCing at night when its cooler and you have peace in mind. Its too hot out which will make the temps high .
