    Diet එකක් කරන්න ගත්ත ගමන් සමහර කෑම ජාති කන්නේ නෑ කියලා හිතපු ගමන්ම ඒකම කන්න craving එකක් එනවා.
    Intermittent fasting තියන වැඩත් එක්ක time plan කරලා කරන්න බෑ.
    Keto වගේ ඒව practical නෑ. කොහේ හරි කෑමකට ගියොත් බඩු.

    කරන්න ලේසිම , nutritions වලින් balanced වැඩේ තමයි calory count කරලා කරන එක.
    මේක count කරනවා කිව්වට හැමදාම count කර කර ඉන්න ඕනේ නෑ. සතියක් දෙකක් කලාම කන්න ඕනේ ගාන තෙරෙනවා.

    1. අඩුම ගානේ දවසට පැයක්වත් ඇවිදින්න ඕනේ
    2. BMR එක calculate කරගෙන activity level එකට අදාල calories ගාන බලාගන්න.

    4. සාමන්‍යෙන් කිලෝ 1 අඩු කරන්න calories 7700 deficit එකක් ඕනේ. සතියට කිලෝ 1 අඩු වෙන්න දවසට 1100.ඊට වඩා යන්න හොද නෑ
    5. අර bmr එකෙන් ආපු ගානෙන් 1100ක් අඩු කලාම මට 1600 විතර ආවේ.
    ඊට පස්සේ දල වශයෙන් calory count කරල කන්න තියෙන්නෙ. කාපුවා chatgpt ගැහුවම පොර හදලා කියනවා.
    මම ඔය ගානෙත් වේලකට බත් 200g , low carb එලවලු කෝප්ප 1 , මස් මාලු 80-100g ගානේ වේල් 2ක් කාල.
    ලොකු කෙසෙල් ගෙඩියක්, apple ගෙඩියක්, සීනි හැදි 2k දාල කිරි තේ එකක් එහෙමත් බිව්වා. Cheese වගෙත් කෑවා.
    Tips තමයි
    බත් අර ගානට කාල නවත්තන්ම වෙනවා. පිටි කෑමත් totally cut.
    බනිසක් කාල සීනි නැති tea බොනවට වඩා සීනි දාලම tea බොන එක හොදයි .
    Cream cracker 2ක් කාල සීනි නැතුව තේ බොනවා කියන්නේ මහම ගොන් වැඩක්.
    පුලුවන්නම් කරපල්ලා. කිලෝ 5-10 මාස දෙකෙන් වැඩි අමාරුවක් නැතුව අඩු කරගන්න පුලුවන්

    I disagree, no need to worry about "time planning" with IF. You can eat whenever you feel like it and just avoid eating during your fasting window - that's all there is to do

    මට නම් ඕක අමාරු වෙන වෙලාවල් එනවා. Ex: office යන දවසට කට්ටිය ගානට 12 ට කන්න යනවා. 16:8 නම් කලින් දවසේ රෑ 8 වෙද්දි කාල ඉන්න ඕනේ. 8 වෙද්දි කන කතා කිව්වොත් ගුටිකන්න වෙන්නේ😂

    Yeah, that's just a grown-ass man being led by peer pressure - why would you even want to eat when everyone else does? You can simply just eat whenever you normally do at night, once. Who says you have to do 16:8? You can do OMAD instead. Have your one meal for the day at 9PM or 10PM and see if you don't lose the weight.

    IF is the most flexible and sustainable way to manage your weight as long as you have the right mindset and are otherwise healthy – can't do it if you have any medical condition that worsens when fasting

    Mehe office Wala normally lunch time Eka fixed. Not in Sri Lanka. I don't think that's a rule. But everyone else follows 12-13.

    But again why should you restict yourself for one meal, Too many restrictions leads to higher probability of unsustainability. Not saying it's not sustainable. But there's a higher probability of stoping in midway

    Well I'm sure they don't force you to eat at the lunch time - you could do something else instead

    If you think you need two meals, go for 15:9 or maybe 14:10. Have dinner at 9PM, skip breakfast, have lunch at noon, so and so. Skip lunch too once or twice a week when you feel like it. IF is infinitely flexible - schedules like 12:12, 16:8 etc are not set in stone. The more you do it, the easier it gets.

    Yeah. Any how I unintentionally follow 10:14. Because I normally eat my first meal at noon and second meal normally at 9-10pm.
    Have two cups of sugar/milk free coffee at 8 & 10 AM.

    See? you claim IF is unsustainable while inadvertently doing it yourself :geek: once you're comfortable with fasting for 14 hours you can gradually increase it by skipping the lunch once or twice a week. The more you do longer fasts, the easier they become. Eventually, you might even find OMAD is a piece of cake.

    Vatos just build muscle and then you can eat whatever you want at anytime. That’s the only advice i have to give.

    The best way to lose weight is to vomit after eating and having a little snack ..

    Results will be greater than any other exercise.

    There is no gastritis risk because you have already eaten ( and removed the whole acidic stomach)
    do this for all 3 meals
    3 months Walin wade hari.

    1 awlak thiyenawa .. Body eka weak wenawa ,other than that you good to go.


    Not a doctor BTW so try it at your own risk.

    It worked for me that's why I'm telling you this

    ලොකු දේවල් ඕන නැහැ. දවසට හරියට එක පැයක් ඇවිදපන්. පිටි, සිනි, තෙල් කෑම අඩුකරපන්.
