This guy is running Sri Lanka. There's a politics system in Sri Lanka.

Giving ministries is a must thing cause of the politics system in Sri Lanka..
U know why Ranil failed in politics (as a prime minister) ??
Though he's a clean man, he don't know how to treat people and keep them by your side.
He applied all of American theory into Lankan politics and see where he ended..
