Wherever you go you need to settle for the average pay of the industry and the position, the real deal happens when you move a Manager and up, there there are no limits and the companies will pay any shitload of money to keep the top performers.

My advice to all, if you are in an operational level job take shit learn hard and work hard till you become a Manager (a real one) after that its all about how you position yourself. Earning capacities have no limits, you will earn anywhere between 100K-2mil its all about how you do it.
