Problem in buddhism

There few acceptable answers that is . main 2 is

• Animals simply cannot commit such sin or merit
  
  
  
  
  
• They have pre-committed sin and merit waiting for them to bear in next life regardless what are their action this current (animal) life form

Seus what you have asked is a good questions but people get irritated when you ask some logical question when they can not answer

They said so called "Human" become animal because of the past commited sin but the real question is "who the hell becoming an Animal when there is no soul, when there is no "self" as such ?

Other thing what sin caused first human being suddenly came into this dangerous Samsara (Circle of Birth)? What is the root cause?

Other funny thing is they said ther is no beginning but there are talking about an END (Nirvana) We know everything has a begining has an end

These questioned you asked many times (not only here) and answered many times too. Asking same thing repeatedly is your habit and we can't do anything to it.

But machan, if premise#1 is true, it does not follow that your conclusion is true. It simply says that some animals have "sithiwili". So, the original question of whether all animals have "sithiwili"??? remains open.

Consider similar argument which is obviously faulty,

All rhinos have horns
All rhinos are animals
Therefore, all animals have horns

So the meaning of the second statement is that sin/merits applies to animals just as they (as you guys believe) applies to humans.
