Man ubalage bank account ekakta or moneybooker account ekata thamai pay karanne. skype eka communicate karanna puluwan wenna one thawa job karan nathi aya nam hodai. mokada mata dawal ta wada karanna puluwan ne ekai.

job karana aya godak welawata 6PM - 12PM wada karanne. and slow.

m not paying for hours, pay for based on projects. So normally wt m doing is break the projects in to parts and divide among the group. so each get paid for what they doing (based on the complexity of the part) if you interested plz send me a pvt msg thanks

understood mate ... i'm having bad experience with fixed projects ... the scope is creeping and its hard to get the payment on time

haha that is the business nature, anyway you wont be wait untill clients pay me, I'll paid u once the client accept ur part. so that is a risk which m taking by my self and u have to deal with me not with the client. So I think u are safe and can get paid faster once done ur job ( I mean the part )

and Good at Web Design, 2D Design, Audio/Video Editing/Production and Music Production!
Im Not Good at Any Coding Softwares except For Visual Basic...Dont Understand most of the softwares you listed...Hope that Wont be a Problem!
