I purchased a AMD radeon hd 7730 1gb gddr5 from redline and it worked like a charm but suddenly its fan stopped spinning.. then I brought it to redline on january 10.
One of the boys checked it and quickly replaced the fan with an old card. When he installed it to their test PC, there was no display signal. (I think he broke the card accidentally) then they said that they will issue a new one and it will take two weeks for the RMA process..
I agreed and told them to send my item to matara (where i live) when it's ready.
A month has passed without any response and I called them few days ago..
They said that the item is ready so I told them to send it..
But I didn't receive it.. so I called again yesterday..
finally received an item today but it is not a HD 7730..
instead they've sent me a R7 240 1GB which has a lower texture/pixel rates and has lower benchmark scores..
I am pretty sure it is a repaired / refurbished card because it's not like brand new and there are ink marks which says 'tested' all over the pcb..
it's not what I expected..

so what can I do now?

P.S. Never trust any computer parts retailer in sri lanka

Never thought such a reputed company will do this kinda cheap work
