Try CBSL as a Mgt Trainee if u have a degree with a 1st or a 2nd upper + CIMA, ACCA, Masters in Finance/acct. Also u need a lot of soft skills & analytical capacity to get through the interviews & the tests. But once u get in u r done for life. . Free education in sl & overseas upto the PhD, loans for less than 2% interest, allowances, foreign trainings at least once in 3 months.. are just a few to mention..& after 1 year u can be an Assistant Director, also we have an excellent sea view cafeteria with cheap star class food (taxpayers pay for half of the plate)
