I looked for 4 months on 3D and settled for a non 3D samsung LED tv( 6900 - Rs 290K), purely on the fact that there are very few actual 3D movies in SL and the limitations of the glasses.... u get only 2 .. tht means ur 3D is limited to 2 ( unless otherwise u want to spend extra 17K for each additional pair).....
on the size , you have to consider the place you are going to keep it.. if its a small place .. the thing will look like ur watch a movie on the front seats of MC
