SATA HDD Problem

I accidently pluged a SATA 1 HDD to a SATA 2 Port..dat SATA HDD got Burn marks , and I my PC didnt Boot (Not Power ON )

Now My PC is OK and Well working

1.Is this made me any Damage to my mobo ??

2.that burn mark HDD is working in another PC well

burn marks will void your warranty ,but SATA2 HDDs backward compatible with SATA1
