It depends. I will tell you about an incident that happened in another country. One of my friends who applied for a US visit visa was called in for an interview. He just wanted me to accompany him the US embassy, so I went. He had all the ticks in place. Just like you.
When I was there I met a guy who was a junior cook in one of the five star hotels. I knew him and he was a Filipino. He was just scheduled before my friend.
He went in, after a while, came out and then my friend was called in. When this guy came out , I casually asked him what happened. He said they asked many questions and finally they wanted to know whether he has any intention to stay. To this he answered that his uncle is in the USA and he is trying to stay if possible.
