ප්‍රභාකරන් බිහිවූයේ සිංහල රාජ්‍ය භාෂාව කිරීම, විශ්ව විද්‍යාල ප්‍රවේශයෙහි දී ඊනියා ලකුණූ ප්‍රමිතිය නිසා යැයි තර්ක කරන්නෝ රාජ්‍ය භාෂාව යනූ කමක්ද යන්න හෝ ලකුණූ ප්‍රමිතිය යනූ කුමක්ද යන්න හෝ නොදත් අය වෙති. චෙල්වනායගම් තම බෙදුම්වාදී පකෂය පිහිටූවා ගත්තේ 1956 ට හා 1972 ට කලකට පෙර බව තේරුම් ගැනීමට මේ අය උත්සාහ නොගන්නේ ඔවූන් මන්ද බූද්ධිකයන් නිසා ම යැයි කිව හැකි නොවේ

මෙවර විජාතික බලවේග මෙරට ක්‍රියාත්මක වන්නේ දෙමළ ත්‍රස්තවාදය පරාජය කළ සටන සමඟ එක්වෙමින් වීම හේතුවෙන් තරමක අවූල් සහගත බවක් දකින්නට ඇත. ප්‍රභාකරන් පැරැදවීම ගැන උදම් අනන අතරම සිංහලය රාජ්‍ය භාෂාව කිරීමට විරුද්ධවන්නේ මේ පසූබිමෙහිය.

අප නැවතත් කියන්නේ සිංහලය රාජ්‍ය භාෂාව කිරීම යනූ තනි සිද්ධියක් නොව යටත් විජිත විරෝධී අරගලයේ කොටසක් බවය. 1815 සිට 1956 වන තෙක් රාජ්‍ය භාෂාව වූ ඉංගිරිසිය වෙනූවට සිංහල රාජ්‍ය භාෂාව කිරීමේ වරද කුමක්ද? දෙමළ මෙරට කිසි දිනෙක කිසිම තැනක, ආර්ය චක්‍රවර්තීන්ගේ රාජ්‍යයේවත් (ඒ දෙමළ රාජ්‍යයක් නොවේ) රාජ්‍ය භාෂාව ලෙස තිබී නැත. සිංහලය රාජ්‍ය භාෂාව කිරීම නිසා ඉංගිරිසි නොදත් දෙමළ ජනයාට වූ ඊනියා අසාධාරණය කුමක්ද? මේ අයගෙන් යම් පිරිසක් සිංහල දැන සිටි බැවින් ඔවූන්ට ඉන් වාසියක් මිස අවාසියක් සිදු නොවීය. යම් අවාසියක් වී නම් ඒ ඉංගිරිසින්ට, බර්ගර්වරුන්ට, ඉංගිරිසි මිස සිංහල නොදැන සිටි දෙමළ ජනයාට හා ඇතැම් සිංහල නොදත් සිංහලයන්ටය. සිංහලය රාජ්‍ය භාෂාව කිරීමට විරුද්ධවූවෝ මොවූහූ, ජාතිය යනූ කුමක්දැයි සම්මජාතියේ අවබෝධ කර නොගන්නා කසිකබල් මාක්සිවාදීහූ හා සිංහලත්ව විරෝධී ඇතැම් පූජකවරු හා ප්‍රභූහූ වූහ. අද ද සිංහලය රාජ්‍ය භාෂාව කිරීම වැරැදි යැයි කියන්නෝ මොවූහූ වෙති. යටත්විජිතවාදයට විරුද්ධ යැයි කියන කසිකබල් මාක්ස්වාදීහූ ජාතිකත්වය හඳුනාගත නොහැකිව අවසානයේදී යටත්විජිතවාදයට සේවය කරති. බොරු සෝබන සමාජවාදී ඇමැතිවරු ද සිංහලය රාජ්‍ය භාෂාව කිරීම වැරැදි යැයි කියමින් යටත්විජිතවාදයට සේවය කරති. සිංහලය හා දෙමළ දෙකම රාජ්‍ය භාෂා ලෙස ක්‍රියාත්මක විය යූතු යැයි කීමේ අවසාන ප්‍රතිඵලය ඉංගිරිසිය රාජ්‍ය භාෂාව කිරීමය.

සිංහලය රාජ්‍ය භාෂාව බවට පත් කළ පනස්හය නොවන්නට මොවූන්ට 2005 දී හා පසූව (ඇතැමූන් විදේශගත වී සිට ආපසූ පැමිණියේ 2005 න් පසූය) ඇමැතිකම් ලැබීමට තබා පාර්ලිමේන්තුවට ජාතික ලැයිස්තුවෙන් පැමිණීමටවත් නොහැකි බව ඔවූහූ වූවමනාවෙන් අමතක කරති. තේමිස් මහතා, පසූව කවූරුන් වූවද, පාර්ලිමේන්තුවට පත් වූයේ පනස්හයේ ව්‍යාපාරයේ කොටසක් ලෙසය. ඒ ව්‍යාපාරය සිංහල භාෂාව රාජ්‍ය භාෂාව බවට පත් කිරීම සමග බද්ධ වී ඇත.

Was soma thero's death due to natural causes?

1. His book "Buddha Stupa", to which he was to receive the so called doctorate, was translated neither to English nor to Russian.
2. The Rector (Shanti P. Jayasekara) only can understand Sinhalese, But he can't nominate a person for doctorate by himself. It should come from a senate.
3. Soma Thero had called his brother and Dharmayathanaya. But none knew about the heart ailment until he has passed away.

5. The person who has recommended Theros book for the doctorate happened to be a catholic priest. (Shanti P. Jayasekara)
6. His (Shanti P. Jayasekara) younget brother Sisil Jayasekara says that he doesn't know his brother is a Catholic Priest. And he says he knows only he is a Engineer who works there. He says if he knows this previously he won’t let him to go Russia .
7. The official web site for International University of Fundamental Studies says that he (Shanti P. Jayasekara) is a Priest. ( http://www.iufs.edu )
8. Sisil Jayasekara was the former editor of “Aratuwa” paper which is published by Ceyilnco Group.
9. Thero had got a heart attack in the air craft (say so) and he was taken to st.petersberg city hospital 2, which was 800 km away from Moscow air port.
10. A report says that his treatment on diabetic has converted into insulin, We have heard so many murder cases by overdosing insulin (In Sri Lanka also)

Not treating a heart attack as it should be is murder and that cannot be proven by a postmortem.

I dont call them Budhists...I call them Extreme groups... every religion has them..where sadly Islam seems to have the most....so ya..I believe it was done by a Buddhist extreme fanatical group or a person.... & I know its not far fetched because during that concert period I remember who was the most outraged about it.. I'm not saying hela Urumaya did this...dont think they are that kind of a political party & I respect guys like Champika & Gammanpila too much to think like that.....but because of their protests some nut job or nut jobs decided to take the protests to another level...and Did the Gov said it may have been done by the LTTE even ? LTTE is a terrorist group..they will eliminate anyone who they think will be a threat to them...any one who opposes them or stands again their EElam theory is a threat to them...LTTE wanted to be the single representation of Tamils in SL...to do that they have to eliminate any other tamil who might represent Tamils but in different way other than the Eelam principle....so they killed every one who they thought that normal Tamil people might turn to instead of the LTTE
