both are good

IIT = mostly foreign programs, more expensive
SLIIT = local & foreign programs (Curtin-Aus, Hallam -UK)

Both are good. If price doesn't matter go for the IIT Programme.

not too late

register for BSc IT (3yrs) degree and once they start the lectures you can shift to the BSc (hons) IT (4yrs) degree (but you have to make a special request to the Student Affairs Manager - Mr.Kulathunga @ Metro campus )

machan every year they enroll a batch after regular registration....but u have to pay about additional 10,000 LKR....
if you have some connection with ලොකු අත්තක්...( u know what i mean) try them...
