SLT ADSL(www.sltnet.lk) is now bytes per second only, I nervous about the company

I dont think so....

as far as i know DIRAGU and some other well known ISPs use this submarine cables to connect their backbones....

so i think there shouldn't be any probability.

i guess its because of bottleneck between SLT ADSL customers and upper level ISPs.

SLT is totally responsible of this phenomenon. They can serve very less number of people with current bandwidth allocation system. but they issue ADSL for everyone
