A Sri Lankan pleaded guilty in Australia for filming women’s private areas without their consent when the skirts when up. Sydney police said that they found more than 1000 pictures and videos of that nature on his possession.Sabapathy Chandrahasan (56), an Architect by profession, a father of two was arrested at a railway station in Sydney, Australia while using a digital camera to film the up going skirts of women on a stairway.
Reports from Sydney said, school girls in their uniforms were among those films and some of these girls were under the age of 16 years.
A police search at his home detected 1100 photography of the skirts that went up in 1.5 GB of date.
A Sydney Magistrate delivered a nine month suspended sentence on Chandrahasan considering the mental health disorderly aspect put forward by the defence. The prosecutor pleaded to imprison the suspect.
