Tupac Can't be compared to rappers like Nelly , Puff Daddy etc
simply Tupac been a different class .. perhaps Tupac with Eminem is a fair comparison :)

Nate Dogg was a solo artist.. not a rapper.. btw without him some of snoop's and dre's songs ain't good as they are..
Puff daddy was the backbone of east coast rap.. u should watch the movie Notorious..

2Pac was not only a rapper.. but a legend..

Tupac Shakur: The late great Tupac Shakur, who died 18 years ago, was enshrined in the 2004 Guinness Book for being the highest-selling rap artist. At that time, he had sold more than 67 million album worldwide.
Eminem: As controversial and successful member of the hip-hop community as there's ever been, Eminem got his first Guinness record when his second album, The Marshall Mathers LP, became the fastest-selling rap album in a week in 2000 at a clip of 1.76 million copies.
