you should drink milk to get good source of calcium, protein & milk is a pro-biotic & it will help to reduce negative affects & relax your body on your menstrual cycle :)

from where do u guys buy ur supplements?

I think you know almost all the famous supplement shops currently in SL
small tip ;) - just think there are 100 shops island-wide ... all of them get their supplies from 2-5 suppliers (importers) ... but everyone claims they are the authorized dealers etc :P as far as I know direct authorization dealership from a certain brand of supplement company is going to be high in price and you will have to place orders with large quantities and with that you can't stand a chance in the current competition :)
