එවායේ Tiles වල Grouts damage වෙලා. පහල තට්ටුවට දිය සීරාව එනවා. දැන් tiles ගලවන්නේ නැතුව Grouts විතරක් ගලවලා අලුතින් Grout කරන්නයි යන්නේ.

My solutions.
Better not remove the tiles.
Exisiting tiles udata Chip metal (small size NOT 3/4 metal...stones machan) concrete karanawena wennawa. Make sure u add water proof solution to the concerete and apply it quickly.

Can u tell me your floor area? How much of square foot area???? If it is a small area less than 150 sq ft area REMOVE the TILES.
