[Urgent] Help Needed from Urologist or STI specialist

මම ලොකු problem එකක ඉන්නෙ last week ඉදන්. Urologist or STI doctor කෙනෙක් ඉන්නවනම් please මේක කියවල පිලිතුරක් දෙන්න

ගිය ඉරිද දවල් මම චූ කරන්න ගියාම මට තේරුනා මගෙ චූවගෙන් white color discharge එකක් ඇවිල්ල තිබ්බ. මම වැඩිය ගනන් ගත්තෙ නෑ. හැබැයි රෑ වෙලා චූ දාන්න ගියාමත් මේක ඇවිල්ල තිබ්බ. එතකොට නම් බය හිතුන මොකක් හරි infection එකක්ද දන්නෙ නෑ කියල.

Monday office ගිහින් බැලුවමත් underwear එකේ පොඩි wet spot එකක් තිබ්බ සහ චූ එක උඩ ගොඩක් wetn වෙලා තිබ්බ. මම ඒ වෙලාවෙම ගිහින් VDRL test එකක් කරගත්ත ඒක negative. ඒත් චූ එක හැම වෙලේම වගේ wet වෙලාමයි තිබ්බෙ. එදා ඉදන් හැමදාම උදේට නැගිටල බලද්දි චූ එකෙන් අර white liquid එක ඇවිල්ල තියෙනව. හැබැයි Thursday ඉදන් අද වෙනකන් මේ liquid එක අඩු වේගෙන ආව. අද තිබ්බෙ පොඩි transparent discharge එකක් හැබැයි අල්ලද්දි හොටු වගේ දැනුනෙ.

Notes
1. මම Thursday ගියා Durdans එකේ urologist specialist කෙනෙක්ට මේක පෙන්නන්න. එයා කිව්ව Full Urine culture and ABST එකක් සහ Urethral Swab test එකක් කරන්න කියල. මම ඒ දෙකම කරගත්ත Friday.
2. Urine Full report එකයි URINE CULTURE & A.B.S.T report එකයි මට අද email කරල තිබ්බ.
3. GRAM STAIN එකයි Urethral Swab report එකයි තාම හම්බුනෙ නෑ.

Please දන්න කෙනෙක් මගෙ Urine Full report එකයි URINE CULTURE & A.B.S.T report එකයි බලල කියන්න පුලුවන් ද මොකක් හරි issue එකක් තියෙනවද කියල?

Report wala nam awulak ne. Normal. Yeast infection da danne ne. Self limiting ewath thiyanawa. Kohomath lokuwata baya wenna deyak ne. STD hadenna risk ekak thiyada.

Thank you so much for the reply. මම මේ symptoms note කරන්න සතියකට කලින් unprotected oral sex කරා (no intercourse only oral). එයාගෙ නම් මෙහෙම කිසිම symptom එකක් නෑ කියල තමයි කිව්වෙ.

No ptoblem. Keep the area clean. Use clean undergarments and drink plenty of water.
