The American bases spanning more than 170-200 countries.Is costing it Dearly. USA has more than $600 billion defense spending for which rest of the world combined cannot compare. It's withdrawal of forces in Syria and Afghanistan in spite of Israeli and neocon lobby not to do so.

The Fed raised interest rates despite business people and Government telling them not to rise it. USA is heading to a recession.FED is a private bank. US government buys US Dollars from Rothschild Bank ,the FED. Mother of all central bank is The Bank for International Settlements which is also Rothschild Bank.
Asia has started to dump US Dollar treasury Bills in order to use National Currencies and they started to hold Gold. Use of US dollar in world trade has declined and use of holding US treasury bills too has gone down. Only idiot Central Banks will hold on to US Dollar treasury bills. America's economy is weak and cannot sustain its debt payments because no one wants it worthless treasury bills.It will go like Greek bonds. That is why FED is raising rates.
America has sanctioned lots of countries. The list goes on. US government shot itself on the foot by banning them from using US dollars.
Before world war 1 British Pound was the trading currency of the World. After world war 1 US dollar took the lead. It is inevitable it will decline. Look at Falling British Pound which has lost one third of its value when it launched Brexit.
There is no point of Sri Lanka trying to export goods to declining economy of America.
