Looks like you havent enabled all the repositories.

do these from a command console (be EXTREMELY CAREFUL WITH THE SPELLING!):

sudo mv /etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/sources.list.old
sudo echo deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ gutsy main restricted universe multiverse > /etc/apt/sources.list

sudo echo deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ gutsy-updates main restricted universe multiverse >> /etc/apt/sources.list

sudo echo deb http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu gutsy-security main restricted universe multiverse >> /etc/apt/sources.list

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install wine

dats OK, if you can wait It'll take sm tym couz as i know canonical don't hv their own torrents therdparties do the work. so maybe u can hv da direct DL before torrents.. mmm try indian or Indonesia servers. (Indians are better)
