don't know about the ifs, but the person is good, but I don't know about whether they Hiring trainers or not.

go to a smaller company.
big companies dont give actual training. they will ask you to do something specific and thats it. But if you go to a smaller company they might even let you design some parts of their system. thats what matters in the beginning.

yeah that's also true but you are good in the training period once they got internal vacancy they will hire you for that vacancy cuz big companies don't like to hire ppl from outside of the company for internal position but they like to hire trainers though
