who is the real owner of a song

I'm not gaonna vote here cuz I feel that it has multi owners!
Not only one side ahs it ownership but I also feel that just lyk in USA, UK, the song must be let to do it various versions by other singers also other than the original singer!!!

if the Singer goes to a composer and made the track and paid that person composer cant influence anything and singer owns it. but composer can tell or suggest anything. and same as that to lyrics writers too. if singer paying them. they just doing a job. they cant get the rights. but for some extent they can say it done by them. and singer should mention their names.

but still morally song can not be catergorized as a economic godd rite???
Just b-cuz the singer paid the writer that doesn't take his rights out of the song!! Still the song z equally shared by all of the parties who created it!!!

no ehema kiyanna bae.. cant be Equally shared if its paid and took... even the singer paid he or she have to put the lyrics or the music directors name. but then the real owner of the song will be the Singer and the Record label. but other two or three parties just can influence them. but not the same level of the singer and the record label

do u ever know who wrote the lyrics of Adare - Rukshan Mark

without looking at the video info we have no idea who wrote it.. but we know Music done by Rukshan Mark and Mastered in Hit Factory.. so see macho the singer and the production label get more promoted than the lyrics writer

Legal action ganna puluwan only to Record Label.. but as far as i know SL is not that standard in Music ... SL is still kids in Music Industry..

if the Artist and the Composer and the writer talk about this issue and talk to the Record label. they can sue those Radio programs and the Channel.... coz those melodies owns by the Composer and the record label ne...

its called Interlactual Property Law ( not 100% Sure about the name )
