there are different versions ,
for a example odd numbers of the kernel are testing kernel and parity numbers are
stable.
If you can have a stable version of ubunthu then it's oky like RH.
Red Hat's source code can't be hidden , it should be public. So Scientific Linux
like distros have their latest patched Red Hat's source code.So better trying Scientific
Linux like distro then. Don't bug Malinda for everything.This is a technological decision.
Everybody in the ubunthu community will say it's best stable , but it's not. what
I recommand is a distro like scientific linux/CentOs like distro.
