Windows 10 pro, services data waste, help

මම windows 10 pro update කරා මී ලබ්බ update කලාම delivery optimization, background intelligent transfer, windows update service කියන service 3 ඇවිත් data ටික කනවා. විනාඩි 5ට විතර 500mb download වෙනවා මම computer එක පාවිච්චි කරන්නෙ task manager එකෙන් service 3 stop කර කර stop කලත් ටික වෙලාවකින් ආයේ start වෙනවා මට එපා ම වෙලා තියෙන්නෙ...

මම service app එකට ගිහින් 3ma disnable කලා.. registry එකේ DoSvc එකට ගිහින් start value 4 දුන්න. ඊටපස්සෙ අවුලාක් නෑ restart කරනකල්..

restart කලාම ඒ value වෙනස් වෙලා auto කියලා වෙනස් වෙනවා.. මට මේ ක Permanente disnable කරන්න ක්‍රමයක් කියන්න. ලොකු උදව්වක්,
