read this carefully & sue themI just called SLT Customer service and heres what I got
They told me that my speed limited coz I exceeded the monthly download volume limit which is 30 GB
I asked
Is the meaning of the word "Unlimited" 30 and
why werent they informed us , upto the point that we get painfully slow connection and have to call customer service
Then they gave me number of regional manager to resolve the matter with him
They didnt told me exactly that is FUP or not
just a limit

The customers who have been already subscribed to unlimited broadband tariff plans have to be continued. The operator will not be permitted to apply FUP on existing unlimited broadband packages.
don't forget to record (Audio/Video) any conversation with them.
