There is no sinhala words uses Z zzzzzz

I know. But reading Sinhala newspapers, I have seen words and names with the Z sound written in Sinhala and in them, the letter sa would be used for za. ie: New Zealand would become Nava Seelanthaya in Sinhala.

Even most of the Sinhalese people I know will pronounce the Z sound like an S souund. ie: Razzellberries, the name of a Sri Lankan restaurant here will be pronounced Rassellberries.

There is already a letter ෆ which has been used in Sinhala for the F sound since the last 30 years. So why not have a letter for the Z sound?

there is no necessity of that letter, we can do our day to day work without that letter, so what's the problem ? why are we trying to complex our alphabet ?

when we compare to English language are they have these letters (highlighted in blue) ? but are they bothering about it ?
