Xperia RAY or NEO V ?

This is what I'm trying to say. If you are shooting and printing photos from your phone, even a 2mp camera is enough for a 4"*6" size photo. With a 5mp camera, you could print huge photos. So, don't go for 8mp unless you really need it.
Nowadays people choose androids so they can get root access and mess with the thing. So support from developers is very important. Neov has more support. Also compare the screen size. Neov size is bigger.

if he's not interested in development support it's useless to point out this unless otherwise he's a phone apps specialist or some other like that. and I am not agree with the 2mp/5mp theory you said. there is a clear visible difference between those 2. any child/donkey can see that. i am sorry i real can't understand what you are saying. If that's true then why the hell apple fixed a 8mp cam in iphone???? If you really need to print photos why not go for a DSLR camera????

And EVEN IF YOU'RE GOING TO PRINT, there won't be much of a difference in quality.
