I have used both Apple and Android phones for years. So i know what was in Apple Jailbreak market way before SII age.
Most of the blogs you have put as sources are adsense blogs just created to make money. And many android fans haven't used apple and just saying things looking at their friend's Apple phone.

If you jailbreak an iphone you can have bluetooth file transfer, wifi hotspot etc.. all. So they are not android innovations.

Lol. Adsense blogs just created to make money?? Only two of the sites I've mentioned use Adsense. One of them is BusinessInsider. If you insist on saying that BI is 'just a money-making adsense blog' you are out of your mind.

Your personal experience and vague memories do not count as evidence. Anything you say should be backed up with solid proof. You can't expect people to take what you say seriously just because you have 'used Apple and Android phones for years'.

I have given you proof that Apple copied features from Android. You have given me zero proof that Android developers copied these from the Apple jailbreak market.

Then onto jail-breaking. Let me give you an example.

If I needed to flash the ROM of my high-end expensive TV to be able to view DVDs on it in addition to normal broadcast television, I'd call it a broken product. Because even cheap run-of-the-mill televisions have that functionality without me needing to do something that even the manufacturer discourages.

I wouldn't defend the decision to exclude such simple functionality just because the TV was nice and shiny.

I would also say that the manufacturer was ripping people off if they subsequently introduced a TV 2.0 which 'now comes with DVD viewing functionality!'

Also, who claimed that Bluetooth file transfer and wifi hotspots were android innovations?? What you said is so ironical because that's exactly the sort of thing that Apple does. The whole point of the original argument was that Apple copies from Android sometimes as well. Is that so hard to believe?

Now say patent system is corrupted, law is corrupted blah blah..
Bro round corners were there from stone age, tablets, touch displays etc.. all were there for many years in different forms. But not usable as apple presented.

People had no interest on touch displays on nokia, no interest even on the years old tablet that Apple made itself.
When apple use existing technology and create innovative thing out of it, world start to make alternatives to it using the same technology or usability.
Why they can't do it before apple? They follow the successful innovations from apple and say it was partly based on that existing technology so we should be able to create same thing like apple did without any royalty.
That's totally a pointless argument and violation of patent laws.
It's good to say things like "going after round corners" to make your statements look cool to the average viewer. But it's not the reality.

Apple did not 'use existing technology and create innovative thing'. They used existing technology and marketed it well.

You don't get patents for good marketing.

Nor should you get a patent on the 'rectangular shape'.

Does this shape remind you of something?? Yes. It looks just like an iPad. And it came out BEFORE the iPad did.

I suggest you read up on patent law before you run your mouth saying that patenting a shape is a reasonable patent. Look up what 'Prior Art' means.

Apple is being a patent troll because it knows that you can't fool all of the people all of the time. It knows that they can't compete fairly in the long run with Android's open ecosystem, that too with an inferior product.

2. Mobile Carrier pays for your expensive iPhone and offer it Free or for small amount paying an investment to apple. They have to recover it from your dataplan/call or some other features. So Apple have restricted some features so carrier can recover the money. So please understand the simple business plan.
Anyway if you don't like that you can jailbreak your iphone and have any feature as you like. Its not illegal.

Nope most of the other phones not cost as much as Apple phones and they just don't have such great deals on phone or package from start. When they do Apple also offer that feature working out it with the carrier to compete in the market.
At end of day its totally depend on the marketing and business model of the company and how it plans to sell the product.
If you don't like that you always have the Jailbreak market to become free.
