as far as i see it,,most of its arnet coping,,its called evolution,,all most all da touch screen phones got their influence by apple,,but those different companies have different kind of softwears, hardwares n features built in,dats what differ the products,,,certainly the samsung might got sum influence from apple,,,but dat doesn't mean dat apple hav da right to sue samsung for doing so,,dats what called the competition,,once apple come up with a good device, samsung try to cum up with a better one,when samsung cum up with a good device, apple try to cum up with a better one, dats what da customer expect...,what apple claim is,,dat da samsung products r more similer to their products which leads apple buyers to buy samsung devices thinking dat thos r apple stuff,,,,if u r dat much dumb to buy a galaxy tab thinking dat it is an ipad,,u arnt worthy enough to buy either one,,,,,apple is apple,,,samsung is samsung,,, they are totaly differnet and any one in the world can differentiate those 2 things....its solely dumb dat sum 1 step in to a samsung shop and buy a device thinking dat it is an apple device... :O ...not only samsung, lot of other companies hav some what similer design to the apple product.but they(apple) r only against samsung. dats only becoz, apple, has been thretend by the samsung to a great extend...apple just try to keep their market share by just going into a patent war, they dont try to come up with better devices dat can challenge samsung devices.......
as i think,,,,in this patent case,,,both parties should loose, i mean da, case should be dismissed, coz, no matter what party wins, @ da end of da day,,customer loose,,and dat should not happen.....

Samsung කාරයා Apple design එක copy කලා කියලා දාපු Images වලින් හොඳට පේනවා. ඒත් මැද button එකත් එකක් එන පෙට්ටි හැඩේ ෆොන් Apple ලා ගේ බූදලයක් නෙවෙයි. එහෙම බැලුවොත් Samsung විතරක් නෙමේ ගොඩක් එවුන් Apple copy කරලා තියනවා. හිතපන් ඒක copy කිරීමක් නම් අද laptop එහෙම ගහන්නේ එක company යක් විතරයි.

Apple කියන්නේ සිරාම ෆොන් එකක්. හොඳ hardware එක්ක, සිරා UI එකක් එක්ක තමා එන්නේ. ඒකේ ආයිත් කතා දෙකක් නෑ. අනික කල් පැවැත්ම (hard use) එහෙම වැඩි. Samsung ගත්තම Hardware Performance අතින් Apple වලට වඩා ගොඩක් උඩින් ඉන්නවා. UI එක නම් Apple තරම් හොඳ නෑ. කල් පැවැත්ම ගැනත් සතුටු වෙන්න බෑ (නිකම්ම නිකන් ප්ලාස්ටික් වලින් තමා හදලා තියෙන්නේ. ඒත් ස්ක්‍රීන් එක නම් Apple වලට වඩා hard). නමුත් OS (Android) එක කිට්ටුවට වත් Apple වලට එන්න බෑ. Android වලට වඩා IOS හොඳයි කියලා නම් කව්රු වත් කියන්නේ නෑ (මම හිතන්නේ). ඒ වගේ ම Samsung වල developer support එක ගොඩක් හොඳයි (nexus තරම් නෑ). අපි ෆොන් එකක් ගන්නකොට එකේ හැඩය වෙන මොකක් හරි එකකින් කොපි කරලාද නැද්ද කියලා බලන්නේ නෑ නේ. අපි බලන්නේ අපිට ඕන දේවල් ඒ ෆොන් එකේ තියනවාද කියන එකයි. අපි බලන්නේ ෆොන් එකේ Performance, OS, Design එක අපිට හරි යන විදියට තියනවද කියන එක නේ.
