Dear Brother You got that completely wrong .... Load Buddha is not a ruler..He is not a god either. He is just a man who saw the world beyond naked eye.Reality of the life.... and how to get rid of sorrow, lust,and fear...

No rules NO orders but that is the realty any one can follow it or any one can ignore it... you can choose it with your own knowledge.
