yes but practically cant do it,
for an instance now this post shows quotes of username "isurunalaka". lets say we change the ur username in the DB. it wont affects post quotes and make mess in forum

only Admin (GT) can change it. but you have to have a solid reason to do so (such as court order etc..)

can do easily. its vbulletin forum software. it has option to change any user name even merger another user to another. not a big thing. contact GTRZ. i also needed to merge another account to this account. i asked GT to do it. he asked my two usernames. then no responses from him.rather sad about the communication. maybe he has his reasons. but he should let me know.
